Another Letting at Lowry Mill

Cosaf, who are leaders in design, supply and maintenance of workplace environmental control, are the latest tenant to take space in the newly refurbished Lowry Mill which is owned and managed by Vanguard Holdings Ltd.

Cosaf have taken a suite of 3,000 ft2 on the first floor, preparation included the construction of glazed internal offices, the installation of a reclaimed wooden floor utilisation of Cosaf’s own ventilation ducting.

Commenting on their new accommodation Cosaf Managing Director, Karl Sullivan said “Having outgrown our previous offices in Leigh we were very pleased to be able to take space at Lowry Mill. The refurbished accommodation works perfectly with our company ethos and the opportunity for the design to be customised to our needs made Lowry Mill the perfect solution as we look forward to the future development of the business.”

Lowry Mill was acquired by Vanguard Holdings Ltd in 2008, it has been fully refurbished and modernised to provide first class office and related accommodation. Facilities include substantial parking capacity, a restaurant and a gym. Suites of between 1,000 ft2 and 20,000 ft2 can be designed around the specific needs tenants. Canning O’Neil and Knight Frank are joint agents for Lowry Mill.
