Two Lettings at Lowry Mill

28th May 2015

Lowry Mill landlord Vanguard Holdings has signed two new tenants to the 80,000 sq ft converted mill building in Swinton; leisurewear and accessories’ importer Leisurewear International and IT consultancy Italik.

Leisurewear International has agreed to take 5,000 sq ft on a five year lease. Established in Manchester for more than 20 years, the company has relocated from Salbec House in Salford to accommodate its further growth.

Italik has taken 1,240 sq ft on the first floor on a five-year lease. Lowry Mill is the second office for the company, which is based in Wetherby.

The former Victorian mill was restored in 2012 offering 80,000 sq ft of offices in suites ranging from 1,000 sq ft. The scheme is already home to Regus and Pro Money, which have leased 10,000 sq ft and 2,500 sq ft respectively.

Canning O’Neill and Knight Frank acted on behalf of Vanguard. Leisurewear International and Italik represented themselves.
